




Job Summary: We are seeking a cook to develop menus according to nutritional guidelines, supervise the team, and ensure food safety in a residential facility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Implementation of food safety protocols We are looking for a cook to work in the kitchen of a residential facility in Barcelona. Immediate start. **Cook’s working hours:** \- Monday to Friday: 15:00–21:00 (30 hours/week) **Cook’s responsibilities:** * Development of school menus according to nutritional guidelines and the educational center’s preferences. * Ensuring proper execution of cooking and meal preparation processes. * Supervision of the team and assignment of tasks. * Implementation of the HACCP Plan (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and other food safety protocols. * Conducting checks and maintaining records to guarantee food quality and safety. * Participation in food ordering planning and logistical coordination. **Requirements:** \- Preferred: Intermediate vocational qualification in catering services, vocational training cycles in the Hospitality and Tourism professional family, or equivalent. * Good command of Catalan and Spanish * Certificate confirming no criminal record for sexual offenses * Minimum two years’ experience in a similar position and in collective catering kitchens Employment type: Full-time, Part-time Work location: On-site employment
