




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Administrator to manage databases, monitor attendance records, participate in recruitment, and maintain up-to-date personnel information within the services sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of the personnel database and attendance tracking. 2. Active participation in the selection process for new team members. 3. Maintenance of staff information and distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE). An HR Administrator is needed to join a services-sector company located in Olot. Responsibilities will include managing and updating the personnel database, monitoring employee attendance, and participating in the recruitment process for new team members. Additionally, the role involves maintaining current staff information and distributing personal protective equipment (PPE), along with other typical departmental duties. Full-time position, requiring 40 working hours per week. Working hours will be Monday to Friday, split shift, from 09:00 to 17:00, respecting applicable statutory rest periods. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar or equivalent role. * We seek a responsible and versatile candidate. * Proximity to the workplace is considered an advantage. .
