




Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Administrator to manage end-to-end procurement, coordinate logistics, negotiate with suppliers, and support the administration department. General administrative support and related tasks We are looking for a Procurement Administrator to join our team in Girona. The main responsibilities of this position will include comprehensive management of the company’s procurement activities, covering raw materials, tools, and equipment required for daily operations. You will be responsible for detailed tracking of delivery timelines and logistics coordination to ensure all materials arrive efficiently and correctly at our various work centers. This role also involves direct contact and negotiation with suppliers, as well as receiving and recording all purchases in our system. Additionally, you will provide general support to the administration department and carry out other related duties. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a split schedule between 08:00 and 18:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Procurement Administrator in a similar role. * We seek an organized, responsible, and solution-oriented individual. * Proximity to the workplace is considered an advantage. .
