




Job Summary: Proactive and responsible administrative staff is required to support logistics operations, including planning, documentation, and coordination with suppliers. Calendar and billing management, with proactive attitude valued Administrative staff is required to support logistics operations in the Campañó area. Main responsibilities will include detailed planning of goods collection activities and preparation of all necessary documentation for such operations. Additionally, the role involves planning product inbound deliveries. The incumbent will serve as the primary telephone contact for farmers, collection service providers, and specialized poultry transport companies, addressing their inquiries and coordinating operations. Other duties include activity calendar management, handling integration invoices, and other tasks typical of administrative and logistics functions. A temporary contract is offered, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, split between morning and afternoon shifts, including statutory breaks. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions is preferred. * We seek a responsible, proactive individual with strong communication skills. * Residence near the workplace is advantageous. * Personal vehicle is required for commuting to the workplace. FPII/GS in food industries and/or equivalent.
