




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to manage hiring and termination processes, compensation and benefits information, absence and retirement administration, and preparation of statistical reports. Preparation of statistical reports We are looking for a candidate for an administrative position within a construction company located in Alcobendas. Responsibilities will include managing hiring and termination processes, as well as maintaining all personnel-related compensation and benefits information. The selected candidate will also be responsible for administering absences and retirements, and preparing statistical reports for internal and external administration. Additionally, the candidate will administer systems and processes related to payroll calculation, employee payments, and implementation of compensation programs. Duties also include managing various collective bargaining agreements applicable to the domestic business and other administrative tasks inherent to the position. A full-time temporary contract is offered, with a weekly workload of 40 hours, Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role. * We seek an active, organized, and dynamic individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. GM/GS in HR or related fields.
