




We are looking for a person to perform administrative tasks. The main responsibilities will include comprehensive management of an ERP system, covering orders, delivery notes, invoices, and inventories. The candidate will also be responsible for registering suppliers, customers, and employees. Basic accounting tasks will include recording invoices, posting journal entries, performing bank reconciliations, and supporting monthly closings. The candidate will be required to prepare Excel reports to facilitate decision-making, as well as archive and control all administrative and accounting documentation. Contract management and correspondence handling will also form part of the role. A Higher Technician qualification in Administration and Finance is valued, with knowledge in administration, accounting, and business management. Prior experience in administrative positions, hands-on experience with ERP systems, and strong proficiency in Excel are essential. We seek an organized, methodical individual with initiative to learn new tools and procedures.
