We seek a candidate with proven experience in comprehensive warehouse management within an industrial setting, strongly integrated with production, who wishes to assume a position of responsibility in a dynamic plant characterized by high operational demands and real decision-making authority. Job Mission Lead the entire warehouse area, ensuring proper material flow, operational planning, and order fulfillment while guaranteeing traceability, stock control, and overall operational efficiency. Main Responsibilities Comprehensively manage the warehouse (logistics and packaging areas). Plan and supervise daily operations based on orders, priorities, and product availability. Define and validate operational reports, ensuring correct execution on the shop floor. Guarantee batch traceability and compliance with quality standards. Coordinate with Procurement regarding incoming materials and consumables (white cans, cartons, cardboard). Monitor inventory levels, turnover, and stock requirements using the internal management system. Supervise proper material flow between warehouse and production. Lead and coordinate the warehouse team, ensuring appropriate work organization and task completion. Identify operational issues and propose improvements to internal logistics and planning processes. Collaborate closely with Production, Sales, Quality, Logistics, and Maintenance departments. What We Offer Stable incorporation into an established industrial company. Dynamic work environment with active participation in continuous improvement. **Position**: Warehouse Manager – Food Industry Industrial Setting (Pontevedra Province) ### **Minimum Requirements** Requirements: At least 5 years’ experience in warehouse management, internal logistics, or planning within an industrial environment. Prior experience managing teams. Experience in the food industry is highly desirable. University degree in engineering or related fields (not mandatory if solid experience is demonstrated). Proficiency in computer tools and management systems (ERP; AS/400\ is a plus). Profile with holistic vision, organizational capability, and decision-making skills. Firm character and leadership abilities in demanding environments.
