We are seeking a responsible individual to supervise and organize the production team. The selected candidate will manage a team of six to eight operators, ensuring efficiency and proper operation of the production lines. Key responsibilities include programming machinery based on technical department specifications provided in customer orders. Additionally, thorough production monitoring and control will be essential to verify compliance with established quality and delivery deadline targets. Proper use of profile bending machines, folding machines, and any other related equipment will also be supervised. A medium or higher-level vocational qualification in fields such as Mechanical Manufacturing Design or Mechanical Production Programming is required. Prior hands-on experience operating profile bending and folding machines, as well as working with materials including aluminum, iron, and steel, is mandatory. A minimum of five years’ experience in similar supervisory roles—such as team leader, shift supervisor, or line manager—and experience managing work teams is highly valued. Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts is required. Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance is considered an advantage.
