Your **mission** will be to combine **gas station customer service duties** and **maintenance tasks**, ensuring facilities operate properly and delivering close, efficient service. Thanks to your work, you will help ensure daily operations run smoothly and maintain a safe, fully operational environment for everyone. You will be a **key player**, both during gas station shifts and in maintenance activities, bringing **order**, **responsibility**, and **commitment** to every task. **YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operate the gas station during afternoon shifts, covering Saturdays, holidays, and staff absences. * Perform general facility maintenance tasks. * Ensure proper operation and upkeep of equipment. * Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and organized environment. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Temporary contract to cover a leave of absence. * Immediate incorporation. * Full-time schedule (40 hours) with combined shifts: Gas Station: Afternoon shift. Usual schedule options: Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM (no Saturday), or Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM to 7:30 PM \+ Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM\. Alternate Saturdays (one week on, one week off). Maintenance: Continuous schedule Monday to Friday. Rotating shifts: 4 weeks: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM 2 weeks: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM (with a 1 hour 30 minute break), except Fridays which are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM * A close-knit, committed team that works cooperatively and responsibly. * A workplace grounded in equal opportunity, mutual respect, and a service-oriented mindset. **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?** * Versatility and adaptability: You will combine customer service and maintenance responsibilities. * Responsibility and organizational skills: Essential to guarantee smooth service operations. * Proactive attitude: Anticipating needs and resolving incidents will make the difference. * Teamwork ability: Coordination with colleagues will be fundamental in daily operations. * Training in electricity, electromechanics, or related fields (highly valued for the maintenance component). **Requirements:** --------------- * Availability to work rotating shifts and alternate Saturdays. * Availability to combine gas station and maintenance functions. * Prior experience in similar positions or in customer-facing environments. * Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks. * Commitment, responsibility, and willingness to work as part of a team. * Training in electricity, electromechanics, or related fields.
