We are looking for a Site Manager, also known as a Building Surveyor or Technical Architect, for a construction company in expansion in Madrid. Main responsibilities include managing relationships with end clients, comprehensive site supervision through organization of in-house staff and subcontractors, and oversight of materials. The role also entails financial control and project cost planning. Adapting to the company’s tendering, contracting, and execution procedures is required. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with working hours from 8:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday. The gross annual salary is €42,000, including a company car and fuel allowance. The primary work location will be the North Zone, with the first month dedicated to office-based training before transitioning to construction sites. * Minimum 10 years’ experience as a building surveyor/site manager. * Qualification: Technical Architecture (mandatory) * Proficiency in software: AutoCAD and Presto.
