This will include preparing accounting reports, monitoring daily transactions, and collaborating with other departments to ensure financial information aligns with the organization’s strategic goals. The department is currently undergoing a digital transformation process, and you will contribute to implementing new digital tools and creating new protocols and/or practices that will strengthen the department’s efficiency. Your main responsibilities will include: **\+ Accounting:** Accounting reconciliation, control and monitoring of registration, collection and payment processes, balance and financial statements control, monthly closing reconciliation... **\+ Taxation:** Preparation of state, local, and regional taxes, tax reconciliation, management of customs documentation, tax management of the corporate group... **What will lead to your success at Synergym? Key skills and experiences:** **\+ Solid experience** in comprehensive accounting management, including accounting closures, bank reconciliations, and financial analysis. **\+ Knowledge of taxation** and advanced proficiency with accounting ERPs (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) and data analysis tools (advanced Excel). **\+ Outstanding analytical skills** to identify trends, detect anomalies, and propose improvements in accounting processes. **\+ Results-oriented mindset** and ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while ensuring the quality of financial information. **\+ Degree in Business Administration or similar,** complemented by postgraduate studies in accounting, taxation, or auditing.
