




Position Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional to manage journal entries, invoicing, closings, accruals, deferrals, and tax preparation, among other diverse tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of customer and supplier accounting 2. Responsible for accounting closings and preparation of closing projections 3. Preparation of documentation for tax filings and audits In Orcoyen, we are looking for a person to perform various accounting tasks. This includes entering journal entries and managing customer and supplier accounting. You will also handle customer invoicing, preparing and issuing corresponding invoices. Responsibilities include performing monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings, as well as preparing closing projections. You will carry out accounting and control of accruals and deferrals, and conduct bank reconciliations. You are required to prepare documentation for taxes such as VAT, SII, Corporate Income Tax (IS), and advance payments, and to monitor collections and payments. It also involves receiving, recording, and tracking invoices for authorization and payment. Documentation for audits will be prepared. The contract is temporary, full-time, with a duration of 6 months.
