The selected candidate will be responsible for managing public and private tender processes, ensuring proper preparation, submission, and follow-up of documentation, as well as coordination with the company’s various departments. Main responsibilities: \- Identification and analysis of public and private tender opportunities. \- Preparation and submission of required documentation for participation in tenders. \- Coordination with different company departments to gather required information. \- Monitoring of tender processes and maintenance of up-to-date records. \- Review and assurance of quality of submitted documents. \- Management of awarded contracts and coordination of their execution. \- Compliance with and support for the company’s Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Policy. ### **Requirements** \- Minimum 2 years’ experience in tender and commercial proposal management \- In-depth knowledge of procedures and regulations related to public and private tenders. \- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. \- Proficiency in office software and tender platforms. \- Excellent organizational and communication skills. ### **Offer** \- Working hours: Full-time \- Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. \- Contract type: Initial assignment through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency), with potential for direct hiring by the company. \- Salary: Between €22,000 and €24,000 gross per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
