To this end, we will train you in railway certifications that are necessary and critical for working in this environment. The Railway Safety Pilot certification authorizes you to perform infrastructure surveillance and protection of works on the infrastructure related to railway traffic safety, as well as level crossing surveillance. How will we do it? Initially, we will train you to obtain the certification. During this training period (approximately 2 months), you will be employed under an indefinite part-time contract; upon successful completion of the certification, you will transition to an indefinite full-time contract. The training period includes theoretical and practical instruction, followed by an examination administered by Adif. Once you pass the examination, You will officially become a Railway Safety Pilot.
