To this end, we will train you in the railway qualifications required and essential for working in this environment. The Railway Safety Pilot qualification authorizes you to perform infrastructure surveillance and protection of works on the infrastructure related to railway traffic safety, as well as level crossing surveillance. How will we do it? Initially, we will train you to obtain the qualification. During this training period (approximately 2 months), you will be employed under an indefinite part-time contract; upon obtaining the qualification, you will transition to an indefinite full-time contract. The training period includes theoretical and practical instruction and an examination administered by Adif. Once passed, You will officially become a Railway Safety Pilot.
