RESPONSIBILITIES: * Management and issuance of national and international invoices arising from freight transportation. * Control of delivery notes and verification of services rendered by carriers and partners. * Specific billing management for export and import traffic (Customs Declaration, transit, etc.). * Validation of supplier invoices and resolution of discrepancies regarding agreed tariffs. * Control of the branch’s operational costs and analysis of budget variances. * Support for monthly closing by reporting non\-invoiced revenues and expenses. * Monitoring of collections and management of bad debts to ensure cash flow. * Preparation of profitability reports per route, customer or service type (KPIs). * Data entry into the corporate ERP system and maintenance of customer databases. * Verification of compliance with tax and customs regulations in commercial documentation. * Coordination with the commercial department for updating tariffs and conditions. * Administrative support during internal and external branch audits. **WHAT YOU BRING** ------------------ REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in Billing / Controlling / Administration. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, databases). * Minimum intermediate level of English; French or German is an advantage. * SAP experience is advantageous. * Reports to the Billing Manager / Management.
