Employee support and job posting publication. **Description:** ---------------- Micofer by Empatif is expanding its team and seeks a person to provide recruitment department support for our Boiro office. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Employee assistance * Posting job offers on various platforms * Monitoring assigned workers * Supporting training and development management * Managing medical examination appointments * Telephone support We offer: * Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday. * Working hours from 9:00 to 18:00, with rotating intensive Fridays. * Permanent contract **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum education: Intermediate-level vocational training. * Prior experience in HR, temporary staffing, or personnel recruitment is desirable.
