Job Summary: COGAMI is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a young dependent person, performing personal care tasks, accompaniment, and occasional domestic support to enhance their autonomy. Work with a spirit of social value and equality The Galician Confederation of Persons with Disabilities (COGAMI) is recruiting a PERSONAL ASSISTANT for **OLEIROS**. Within COGAMI’s Personal Autonomy Promotion Service, we manage Personal Assistance, a benefit granted to persons in situations of dependency. Through this service, we aim to improve the quality of life of dependent persons, as well as achieve their well-being and a higher level of personal autonomy. **What are the responsibilities of this position?** \- Working with a young dependent person. \- Assistance with getting up, personal hygiene, dressing, preparing and eating breakfast. \- Support during transfers (hoist). \- Accompaniment outside the home: training, therapeutic activities, leisure, and social interactions (involves driving). \- Occasional domestic tasks related to tidying and cleaning their bedroom. **Requirements:** \- Valid driver’s license \- PREFERRED: Certificate in Sociosanitary Care for Dependent Persons at Home or in Institutions \- Occasional physical effort required for transfers and mobilization \- Prior experience providing care to dependent persons and assisting with mobilization **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Possession of a professional qualification certificate in sociosanitary care at home or in institutions, nursing assistant, or technician in care for persons in situations of dependency. **Schedule:** Monday: 8:30–13:30 + 17:00–18:00 Tuesday: 8:00–13:45 + 17:00–18:00 Wednesday: 8:00–12:45 + 17:00–18:00 Thursday: 8:00–10:30 + 17:00–18:00… **We Offer:** \- Temporary contract \- Immediate start \- Salary according to the Galician Home Care Collective Agreement.
