Responsibilities: Assist in the administration and dispensing of prescribed medication, in coordination with nursing staff and following medical prescriptions. Provide direct care to service users, supporting them in basic daily living activities (personal hygiene, oral-dental hygiene, showers, dressing, self-care). Support basic domestic activities at the facility: making beds, changing bed linens, organizing rooms, managing clothing and laundry. Supervise and assist during meals (breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner), including dining room preparation and subsequent cleanup. Accompany and support service users during walks, scheduled activities, workshops, and outings. Accompany service users to external appointments (health centers, hospitals, or other administrative tasks), when necessary. Daily recording of care activities: incidents, follow-ups, medication administration, and relevant events on the corresponding platform (Resiplus). Coordinate and communicate with incoming and outgoing shift teams to ensure continuity of care. Provide occasional support in medication management with family members/guardians in the absence of nursing staff. Comply with the center’s protocols, safety standards, hygiene, and quality-of-care requirements. Requirements: Official qualification as a Nursing Care Technician. Prior experience in caring for people with functional diversity, mental health conditions, or dependency (desirable). Basic knowledge of medication administration, wound care, clinical documentation, and holistic care. Organized, empathetic person with a proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team. Offer: Temporary contract for Nursing Assistant position. Shift-based working schedule (Rotation 7\-3\-4\). Start Date: 27/01/2025. Full-time (100%). Working Hours: Morning shift 7:30–15:00; Afternoon shift 14:30–22:00. Salary according to the Madrid Community Disability Collective Agreement + specific allowance: €18.33 gross/month.
