Currently, **Sacyr Ingeniería e Infraestructuras** is seeking a Junior Production Manager based in Marbella. **Job functions and responsibilities:** * Control and supervision of production lines throughout the entire construction process: conducting daily progress reviews and identifying potential incidents or delays in schedules. * Performing measurements and supervising subcontractor measurements. * Coordination and supervision of human, technical, and material resources on site. * Management and organization of materials and auxiliary equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the project. * Collaboration in monitoring health and safety, quality, and environmental policies. * Support to the Contract Manager in achieving established project goals: optimizing economic outcomes and ensuring customer satisfaction regarding quality and deadlines. **We are looking for candidates with the following requirements and competencies:** * University degree in Technical Architecture, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. * Willingness to relocate nationally and internationally. * Professional certifications and postgraduate studies in related areas will be positively valued.
