We are currently looking to **hire** a **Production Manager** in **Mijas (Málaga)** who shares our commitment to **quality, responsibility, and outstanding service.** **Key responsibilities and duties:** * Control and supervision of production lines throughout the entire construction process: conducting daily progress reviews and identifying potential incidents or schedule delays. * Performing measurements and supervising subcontractor measurements. * Coordination and supervision of on-site human, technical, and material resources. * Management and organization of materials and auxiliary equipment required for proper site operation. * Collaboration in monitoring health and safety, quality, and environmental policies. * Supporting the Contract Manager in achieving project objectives: optimizing economic outcomes and ensuring customer satisfaction regarding quality and delivery timelines. **We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and competencies:** * University degree: Technical Architecture, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, etc. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Production Manager.
