Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Production Manager to supervise production lines, coordinate resources, and support the achievement of objectives in building construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production line control and supervision, and measurements. 2. Coordination of human, technical, and material resources. 3. Collaboration in monitoring prevention and quality policies. Currently, **Sacyr Engineering and Infrastructure** requires a Junior Production Manager for an important building construction project located in Marbella, Málaga. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Control and supervision of production lines throughout the entire construction process: conducting daily progress reviews and identifying potential incidents or schedule delays. * Performing measurements and supervising subcontractors’ measurements. * Coordination and supervision of on-site human, technical, and material resources. * Management and organization of materials and auxiliary equipment required for proper site operation. * Collaboration in monitoring prevention, quality, and environmental policies. * Supporting the Contract Manager in achieving the project’s defined objectives: optimizing economic performance and ensuring customer satisfaction regarding quality and deadlines. **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * University degree: Technical Architecture, Architecture, Civil Engineering, etc. * National and international geographic mobility.
