Position Summary: We are seeking home care assistants to provide comprehensive in-home care, supporting personal hygiene, user mobilization, household cleaning, grocery shopping, and meal preparation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive home-based care for individuals 2. Assistance with personal hygiene and user mobilization 3. Household cleaning, grocery shopping, and meal preparation We are looking for assistants to deliver comprehensive in-home care for individuals. Main tasks include assisting with personal hygiene, performing postural changes and user mobilization. Additionally, responsibilities encompass household cleaning, grocery shopping, and meal preparation. It is essential to hold the Professional Qualification Certificate for Socio-Healthcare Support for Individuals at Home or in Social Institutions. Alternatively, a Medium-Level Vocational Training (FP) qualification as a Nursing Assistant, Socio-Healthcare Technician, or Technician for Supporting Dependent Individuals is accepted. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are mandatory. A temporary employment contract for three months is offered. Working hours will be part-time, totaling 34 hours per week. The schedule will consist of rotating shifts, working four days per week and resting the following two days. Salary will be determined according to the National Dependency Collective Agreement.
