We are seeking staff for home care services in Benahavís. Candidates must hold the Professional Qualification Certificate in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons, or alternatively, possess a Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle qualification as a Nursing Technician, Socio-Healthcare Technician, or Technician for Care of Dependent Persons. Prior experience of at least one year in similar positions is valued, as well as basic knowledge of occupational risk prevention, quality, and environmental management. Main duties are carried out at the user's residence, following guidelines established by service supervisors. These include assistance with personal hygiene and grooming, support with dressing, footwear, and feeding. Domestic tasks such as meal preparation, grocery shopping, laundry, and ironing are also performed, along with monitoring and maintaining household order. Additional responsibilities include transfers and mobility assistance within the home, helping the user get up or go to bed, performing postural changes, and accompanying the user outside the home—for example, on walks or medical appointments. This position offers part-time working hours from Monday to Friday under a temporary contract.
