Job Summary: We are seeking home care assistants to provide personalized support and adapt to the specific needs of each user in their home. Key Highlights: 1. Home-based user assistance following coordination guidelines. 2. Temporary contract with possibility of extension. 3. Opportunity to supplement working hours with additional shifts. We are looking for home care assistants in Medina Sidonia, Cádiz. The position covers weekends and public holidays, with the possibility of supplementing weekly hours with additional shifts from Monday to Friday. Main responsibilities include providing assistance to users in their homes. You will follow instructions and operational guidelines established by the coordination team, adapting to the specific needs of each individual served. A temporary contract with possibility of extension is offered, with a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week. Immediate start is available, and salary complies with the applicable collective agreement. * One of the following qualifications: Nursing Auxiliary Technician, Clinical Auxiliary Technician, Psychiatric Auxiliary Technician, Dependency Care Technician, Socio-healthcare Technician, or Professional Certificate in Socio-healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions or at Home. * Food Handling Certificate (desirable). * Minimum 3 months’ relevant experience (desirable). * Own vehicle (desirable).
