We design, develop, and integrate turnkey projects across planning, production, quality, logistics, and maintenance, advancing Industry 4.0 across industrial sectors. **Job Description:** We are seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant with strong expertise in Industrial Solutions Architecture (OT/IT, MOM, and Cloud environments), capable of: * Defining the end-to-end technical architecture of the solution (application layer, integration, infrastructure, data model, and deployment), both during the proposal phase and in consulting and strategic definition contexts. * Sizing the project from both technical and economic perspectives, considering effort, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and execution feasibility. * Structuring the solution into a rigorous and coherent technical proposal aligned with the client’s technological and operational strategy. * Translating the architecture into detailed functional, technical, and economic specifications, ensuring structural coherence among design, scope, and execution. * Applying this approach in complex industrial environments (manufacturing, logistics, energy, or other sectors involving OT/IT integration), both in conceptual definition phases and implementation proposals. The candidate will join the team responsible for ensuring architectural consistency in consulting proposals and projects, guaranteeing their proper sizing and alignment with the client’s technological and operational strategy. **Education** Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related technical fields, with a solid foundation in systems architecture and industrial environments. **Experience** * 3–5 years in technical pre-sales, consulting, or solutions architecture roles within industrial environments, participating in the definition and design of end-to-end solutions (higher experience valued). * Experience in industrial projects related to SCADA, CMMS, WMS, MES/MOM, APS, or other digitalization solutions, including integration between OT systems and IT platforms. * Experience designing architectures in Cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and hybrid models, considering scalability, security, and deployment criteria in industrial contexts. **Key Technical Knowledge:** * Functional understanding of industrial production processes, including flow modeling, operational states, traceability, and execution logic in OT/IT environments. * Integration of industrial systems (SCADA, MES/MOM, ERP, or others) with digital platforms, ensuring functional data continuity and alignment with the production process through APIs, middleware, or service-oriented architectures. * End-to-end solutions architecture in industrial environments, covering application layer, integration, data model, infrastructure, and deployment. * Design of hybrid OT/IT architectures and knowledge of Cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS deployment models applied to industrial contexts. * Ability to design solutions enabling advanced analytics and artificial intelligence in industrial contexts, evaluating real-world applicability based on the production process and the client’s digital maturity. * Ability to: + Listen and understand the industrial client’s operational context, identifying explicit and implicit needs. + Diagnose the current situation and rigorously structure functional and technical requirements. + Define the solution framework and conceptualize the target architecture aligned with the production process. + Design the detailed technical solution, ensuring coherence among process, integration, and technology. + Translate the proposal into a viable execution plan, including sizing, effort estimation, risks, and economic model. + Produce high-value structured technical documentation (architectures, functional models, compliance matrices, deployment plans, estimates, and technical reports), ensuring clarity, traceability, and coherence among analysis, design, and execution. **Soft Skills:** * Systemic thinking and structural analytical capability in complex industrial environments. * Ability to translate operational and strategic needs into technically viable and architecturally coherent solution models. * Technical rigor and judgment to evaluate alternatives, identify risks, and challenge unsustainable proposals. * Excellent technical communication and writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, structured, decision-oriented documentation. * Ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, facilitating alignment among strategy, operations, and technology. * Attention to detail and discipline in defining scope, assumptions, and technical commitments. **Languages:** Fluency in Spanish and English (B2/C1 highly desirable). **Key Responsibilities of the Selected Candidate:** **1. Solution Architecture Definition and Formalization** * Analyze and structure the industrial client’s requirements, understanding the production process and its OT/IT integration model. * Diagnose the current state (AS-IS) and define the target architecture (TO-BE) aligned with the client’s technological and operational strategy. * Design the end-to-end technical architecture (functional layer, integration, data model, infrastructure, and deployment). * Define the deployment model and establish criteria for scalability, security, and sustainability. * Formalize the proposed architecture in structured technical documentation (reports, functional models, integration diagrams, compliance matrices, etc.). **2. Technical and Economic Sizing** * Decompose the solution into modules, integrations, and technical components. * Calculate effort, complexity, and dependencies. * Size infrastructure, licenses, and resources according to viability and architectural coherence criteria. * Estimate timelines and human resources. * Identify technical risks and critical assumptions. * Translate sizing into a coherent technical and economic proposal, including scope, exclusions, and execution model. **3. Technical Consistency and Alignment** * Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure the solution’s real-world feasibility. * Guarantee consistency among architectural design, commercial commitments, and execution capability. * Provide technical support during client presentations and proposal defenses. **4.
