Job Summary: We are seeking staff for a residential facility for people with disabilities in Gijón, to provide care for dependent individuals, promote their autonomy, and accompany them in daily activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sociosanitary care for dependent persons 2. Promotion of autonomy and social integration 3. Accompaniment in daily activities In Gijón (Asturias), staff is required for a residential facility for people with disabilities. Main duties include providing sociosanitary care to dependent persons, implementing strategies designed by the interdisciplinary team to foster their autonomy and relationships with their environment, and accompanying them in daily living activities. A qualification as a Sociosanitary Care Technician, Nursing Assistant Technician, Social Integration Technician, or the Professional Certification in Sociosanitary Care for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions is mandatory. Prior experience in the field of disability is valued. A personal vehicle is also required, as the residence is located in the rural area of Gijón. A temporary contract is offered to cover vacation periods, with immediate start and full-time hours. The schedule consists of rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), and remuneration follows the Collective Agreement for Centers Providing Care to People with Disabilities.
