REQUIREMENTS **Who are we looking for?** Professionals with training in: * Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Administration * Or university degree related to administration. Additionally: * Prior experience managing administrative files with public authorities is valued. * You are a good person. * Energy, proactivity, and initiative. * Strong organizational ability. * Mediation and problem-solving skills. * Communication skills. * Experience in telephone customer service and interacting with people within our field or others. * Native or C2-level Catalan language proficiency is highly valued. * You are eager to grow professionally and improve the world — you care about your work and its impact.
