Capable of gathering, analyzing, and understanding business requirements, transforming them into efficient, scalable technical solutions aligned with marketing objectives, while closely collaborating with functional and technical teams. **What We Expect From You:** * Design, develop, and maintain solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including: * Gathering and analyzing business requirements from marketing and product areas. * Translating functional needs into technical designs and developments in Marketing Cloud. * Automating campaigns and processes. * Advanced data management and segmentation. * Developing integrations via APIs. * Collaborating on the design and execution of omnichannel customer journeys. * **What Values Will You Find at Grupo IskayPet?** **\#AuthenticPassion:** Putting your heart into everything you do. **\#QualityCommitment:** Always pursuing excellence in every detail. **\#RealConnection:** Building genuine and meaningful relationships. **\#ConstantImprovement:** Moving forward toward new challenges. **We Are Looking For Someone With Experience In:** **Functional Analysis and Technical Design** * Gathering and understanding business requirements related to campaigns, audiences, and journeys. * Translating functional requirements into technical solutions in Marketing Cloud. * Proposing technical improvements aligned with marketing, data, and deliverability goals. * Collaborating with marketing, CRM, and technology teams. **Development:** * Development using AMPscript and Server\-Side JavaScript (SSJS). * Advanced SQL usage for segmentation, deduplication, and data transformation. * Developing and maintaining email templates (HTML \+ dynamic personalization). * Implementing business logic in personalized communications. **Data:** * Designing, creating, and managing Data Extensions. * Data modeling in Contact Builder. * Defining and maintaining relationships between Data Extensions. * Optimizing data structures for campaigns and journeys. **Campaigns:** * Configuring and executing sends in: * Email Studio * Automation Studio * Journey Builder * Managing triggered sends and transactional communications. * Providing technical support for designing and evolving automated journeys. * Collaborating with marketing to define entry rules, audiences, and personalization. **Integrations:** * Using Salesforce Marketing Cloud REST API and SOAP API. * Integrating with CRM, backend systems, or CDPs. * Implementing OAuth authentication. * Managing data synchronization and consistency across systems. **Operations:** * Monitoring sends and automations. * Analyzing deliverability and campaign performance. * Resolving technical incidents and supporting production. * Maintaining and continuously improving implemented processes. * Technical Requirements * Mandatory * 3\+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. * Solid experience with: * AMPscript * SQL * Data Extensions * Automation Studio * Journey Builder * Experience using Marketing Cloud APIs. * Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical design and implementation.
