




Main responsibilities: * Design and support Individualized Sociolaboral Integration Itineraries, planning objectives and periodic actions, as well as evaluating them according to the employment program guidelines. * Design, plan, and conduct workshops and group activities to improve employability. * Carry out follow-up actions and maintenance of hiring processes. * Develop projects, reports, summaries, and provide subsequent justification. * Coordinate all actions carried out with the rest of the project team through internal coordination tools and meetings. * Systematize and process data using the various tools designed for the program (daily follow-ups, files, databases, itineraries...). * Coordinate interventions with reference professionals and collaborating organizations. * Implement Hogar Sí's protocols and operational frameworks. * Contribute to making the work visible through proposals to participate in forums, research, etc. * Propose improvements in the development and design of the employment program based on continuous evaluation and review of interventions (project design, new activities, methodologies...). * Represent the program and organization in technical coordination forums, both internal and external. **REQUIRED PROFILE:** * Experience in employment-related fields working with individuals in situations or at risk of social exclusion, serving socially excluded groups and/or homeless people within any type of support service or assistance program. * Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating group intervention activities. * English proficiency at B2 level (desirable). * Computer skills at user level or higher (Windows environment). **COMPETENCIES** * Alignment with HOGAR SÍ values * Results orientation * Teamwork and collaboration * Relational skills and communication abilities * Flexibility and adaptability to change * Initiative and decision-making * Strong problem-solving, organizational, and planning capabilities in complex contexts. * Creativity, dynamism, and innovation * Ability to work efficiently * Client orientation The job offer conditions are as follows: * Full-time schedule according to the Social Intervention Agreement. * Start date: 01/01/2026. * Permanent contract. * Working hours: Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00 to 15:30; Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 to 15:00 and from 15:30 to 17:30.
