**Position Objective** ----------------------- Efficiently supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations in tourist properties, ensuring compliance with quality standards, proper execution of cleaning schedules, and an optimal guest experience. This role combines administrative tasks with on-site inspections and field management. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- Administrative Plan and adjust the daily/weekly cleaning schedule. Coordinate tasks in management systems such as Breezeway, Hostaway, Drive, and others. Record check-ins, check-outs, incidents, and pending tasks. Communicate ready floors and overall operational status to GS (Guest Services). Prepare daily and weekly reports on performance and task completion. Report and follow up on maintenance issues detected during cleaning. Dispatch cleaning staff to properties. Door access and requirements for cleaning staff. Logistics of delivering and collecting linens by delivery personnel. Control inventory of cleaning supplies. **On-Site** ------------ Inspect properties before reporting them as ready (Mystery Visits). Perform cleaning when required by the work shift. Support cleaning staff when delivery deadlines are not met. Ensure compliance with cleaning protocols, presentation, and equipment standards. Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff during shifts. Verify the presence and condition of cleaning and decorative inventory. Manage re-cleaning and visual quality control. Document incidents with photos and notes in management platforms. **Position Requirements** ------------------------- Previous experience in cleaning supervision or operational management of tourist accommodations. Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in digital tools and operational management applications (preferable). Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if necessary. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
