




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect to manage office refurbishment projects, coordinate suppliers, and ensure quality and deadlines, with leadership and client orientation. Problem-solving role with leadership capability and client orientation Responsibilities: * Development of office refurbishment projects. * Management of supplier procurement and coordination. * Quality, delivery schedule, and cost control for construction works, executing turnkey projects. * On-site construction management, maintaining direct communication with the client. Requirements: * Degree in Technical Architecture or Surveying. * 2–3 years’ experience performing similar duties. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Studio, Presto, and Microsoft Office Suite. * A problem-solver with client orientation and leadership capability.
