Assist and support management and leadership teams in handling and resolving HR issues. Ensure all hiring and recruitment processes comply with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and standards. Report employee relations matters to HR management. Respond to employee and management questions, requests, and concerns regarding the company and HR programs, policies, and guidelines. Disseminate to employees information related to employer\-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs. Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents, I\-9 forms). Assist with logistics, administration, and organization of annual employee surveys. Answer telephone calls and record messages. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching of employees. Comply with all company safety and security policies and procedures, and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards. Communicate with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using proper protocol. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team in achieving common goals; listen and respond appropriately to other employees’ concerns. Enter and locate job\-related information using computers and/or point\-of\-sale systems. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance. Perform other reasonable work duties as requested by supervisors. DESIRABLE SKILLS Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate. Relevant work experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience. Supervisory experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
