We are currently seeking a Contract Manager in Madrid who will play a key strategic role in supporting the sales team and managing key accounts. Main Responsibilities: * Strategic support to the sales team across all stages of the sales cycle. * Design and preparation of complex proposals and RFI documents, including comparative analysis and customized solutions. * Evaluation of customers from the perspective of margins, profitability, and trends. * Definition of the offer strategy, integrating technical, economic, and value-added aspects. * Development of executive presentations and delivery/presentation of these internally and to customers. * Active participation in strategic negotiations. * Preparation of internal and external executive reports. * Liaison with European Key Account and EKA Managers to ensure strategic alignment. * Monitoring and implementation of European agreements at the local level. * Management of a personal client portfolio, including prospecting and customer retention. * Cross-departmental collaboration to ensure proper execution of projects and commercial opportunities. What qualifications do you need? * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions (e.g., Contract Manager, Sales Support, Key Account Support, etc.). * Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Business Studies, or related field. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, Teams, Power BI, Yammer).
