At **The Whiteam Consulting**, we are looking for a **Python Analyst specialized in Machine Learning** to join a project focused on **advanced analytics and data science**. The selected candidate will work on the design, development, and implementation of machine learning models, participating in the entire model lifecycle—from data ingestion to production deployment. The technology stack is modern, built on **Big Data (Cloudera, Spark)** and **MLOps practices**, within a multidisciplinary and collaborative technical team. **Responsibilities** * Development and implementation of **Machine Learning models**: + Training + Optimization + Validation * Model performance evaluation and metric tracking. * Data analysis, processing, and exploitation. * Participation in model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in production. * Building and maintaining data and ML pipelines. * Applying **MLOps** best practices. * Collaborating with technical and business teams to define solutions. * Managing the model and experiment lifecycle. **Requirements** * At least **3 years of experience** in: + Machine Learning and advanced analytics + Development in **Python** * Experience with libraries: + **Scikit\-learn** + **Pandas** + **Numpy** * Experience developing **predictive models**. * Experience in **Big Data** environments: + **Spark** + **Cloudera** + **HDFS / Impala / SQL** * Experience in: + Deploying models into production + Monitoring models * Knowledge of: + **MLOps** + ML model lifecycle * Experience with version control (**Git**). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with: + **Kedro** (data and ML pipelines) + **MLflow** (experimentation and traceability) * Experience with CI/CD (**Jenkins**). * University degree in Engineering / Mathematics / Computer Science or related fields. * Experience working in Linux environments. **Technology Stack** * Language: **Python** * Tools: + **Visual Studio Code** + **Kedro** + **MLflow** + **Jenkins (CI/CD)** * Big Data: + **Cloudera (Spark, HDFS, Impala)** * Operating System: **Linux** **Terms** * Location: **Madrid**. * Work Mode: **Hybrid** (2 days per week onsite). * Working Hours: + Winter: **8 hours/day** + Summer (June 15 – September 15): **7 hours/day** * Salary: **€30,000 – €32,000 gross annual salary (SBA)**. **Company** Joining THEWHITEAM means collaborating with a company composed of professionals with extensive experience in technology consulting.
