We have an exciting new vacancy for a Digital Product Manager to take ownership of a multi\-domain strategic initiative, shaping the vision and driving execution across several teams. Leading several Product Owners, you’ll ensure all domains align to deliver a cohesive, high\-impact product ready for market. You’ll focus on enabling teams to build the right things, the right way, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business priorities. Lead and coach several Product Owners, ensuring aligned priorities and consistent execution. Orchestrate delivery across squads from multiple missions, driving cohesion, managing dependencies, and ensuring the product comes together as one seamless experience. Partner with engineering, UX, and data to discover, define, and deliver high\-value solutions. Break complex problems into clear goals, milestones, and delivery plans. Foster autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams. Ensure a cohesive, customer\-centric product experience ready for launch. Communicate progress and trade\-offs clearly to senior stakeholders. **Requirements of the Role** **What you’ll bring to the team** Experience leading multiple POs and/or squads in complex product environments. Strong track record taking products from concept to launch. Ability to bring clarity in ambiguity and simplify multi\-domain challenges. Data\-driven mindset with solid prioritisation and analytical skills. Excellent communication with both leadership and delivery teams. Strong understanding of customer experience and user\-centric design. Effective collaboration with engineering, UX design, and research. Comfortable using AI, automation, and modern product practices to boost impact. 5 to 7\+ years of product management or related experience.
