We are seeking to incorporate a Selection Technician into our Human Resources team, with experience in mass recruitment and capable of managing dynamic processes in high-volume environments. What will be your mission? You will be responsible for end-to-end management of selection processes—particularly those targeting high-volume profiles—ensuring an excellent candidate and internal client experience. The MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES will be: * Full-cycle management of selection processes (job posting, CV screening, interviews, and follow-up). * Mass recruitment of operational and/or technical profiles. * Coordination with department heads to define staffing needs. * Management of recruitment databases and tools. * Tracking of selection KPIs. * Participation in projects aimed at improving and optimizing selection processes. We seek a highly engaged profile—proactive, responsible, accustomed to handling high workloads, and adept at operating effectively within fast-paced and constantly evolving environments. You should pursue continuous improvement and possess strong communication skills. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in personnel selection, especially in mass recruitment. * Experience in Temporary Work Agencies (ETTs) or similar dynamic environments is highly valued. * Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills and results orientation. * Proficiency in recruitment tools and job portals. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration (ADE), or related field. * Experience selecting operational and high-turnover profiles. * Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
