The company is currently experiencing a particularly important growth phase: it operates with a small yet highly dynamic structure, but aims to **develop and consolidate its own construction division over the coming years**, progressively increasing the volume of renovations, larger-scale projects, and developments. Therefore, this position is not conceived as a closed or purely operational role. We are looking for a candidate who wishes to **actively participate in building the construction structure the company envisions for the future**. This will be an entry-level role with career progression potential and the opportunity to assume increasingly greater responsibilities. ### **Requirements** * Experience as a **Construction Manager** in building construction and/or renovation projects, preferably within medium-sized contractors or small organizations. * Degree in **Architecture, Technical Architecture, or related field**.
