Junior Operations Analyst

We are currently seeking a **Junior Operations Analyst** to join our Madrid offices (Avenida Manoteras, 18, Hortaleza) **,** to support the Operations department in **KPI analysis, reporting, and developing action plans** to improve process efficiency and effectiveness. **Key responsibilities:** * Analyze operational processes across various projects to extract optimal operational insights. * Export, verify, and report operational results in monthly reports. * Analyze operational data from different projects to identify efficiencies and improvements impacting profitability, quality, and control. **What we offer:** * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. **The ideal candidate:** You will be **analytically minded and committed to continuous improvement**, capable of **anticipating service needs**, proposing innovative solutions, and maintaining **organized and precise execution**.
