We look for curious, organized, detail-oriented, proactive individuals with high frustration tolerance—capable of communicating effectively both with technical teams and senior management. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering (Industrial, Computer, Telecommunications), Economics, or related fields with a strong quantitative foundation. * Key tools: Proficiency in SQL and programming fundamentals in Python or R. Fluency in visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and advanced Excel usage. * Mindset: Genuine interest in learning statistical modeling, Machine Learning, and workflow automation. Prior experience is valued but not required. What matters most to us is your analytical curiosity—and demonstrating what you can do (personal projects, GitHub, Kaggle competitions, or your final-year thesis)! **What will you do?** * Data extraction and cleaning (ETL): You will collect, structure, and validate the quality of commercial data from various sources to prepare it for analysis. * Exploratory analysis: You will uncover patterns, correlations, and hidden trends in the data to answer strategic business questions (e.g., Why does a product perform better in one region than another?). * Data storytelling: You will translate complex models and analyses into clear, visual, and actionable insights for management and leadership. * BI ecosystem: You will design, automate, and maintain live control dashboards for the department, ensuring data is single-sourced and reliable. * Analytical innovation: You will propose improvements to reporting processes and launch small proof-of-concept initiatives in advanced analytics (e.g., customer segmentation models or sales forecasting). **What do we offer?** * Specialized training from day one to help you learn deeply and grow professionally. * A positive, dynamic, and international work environment. * Flexible working hours Monday–Friday, 09:00/10:00–18:00/19:00. * Access to benefits such as WellHub, Payflow, and discounts with our partner companies.
