Architect / Project Engineer (Technical Office)

This is your chance to join the Plenergy universe! **What will be your responsibilities?** * Reporting to the Technical Office Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing and correcting the drafting and design of assigned construction projects. * Prepare budgets in accordance with the current price tariff. * Conduct site visits to assigned projects. * Verify that the project is technically error-free, especially regarding measurements and construction elements. * Assess the project’s compatibility with the Plenergy model and standards, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and requirements. * In coordination with the site management team, establish priorities for work packages across various construction sites. * Propose alternative and constructive solutions to optimize project execution in terms of cost, schedule, and efficiency. * Collaborate in the technical management of contracts with suppliers and engineering consultants for the project. * Take responsibility for incorporating modifications during the construction execution phase of the assigned project. * Report on the performance of external engineering firms. * Report on the status of various projects. **Minimum Requirements:** * University degree; architecture or building surveying preferred; engineering valued. * Experience in basic project management. * Knowledge of urban planning. * Advanced proficiency in PRESTO, AUTOCAD, and Microsoft Office. * Valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel approximately 20% of working time. * 100% on-site work mode, at our offices located in Madrid, Arturo Soria area.
