Project / Construction Manager

A global leading company that develops and constructs projects and services in the infrastructure, renewable energy, and new technologies sectors. We are currently seeking to hire a Project Manager specializing in the rehabilitation of residential and/or commercial buildings in Madrid. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze the project and assess its feasibility. * Plan and organize the construction work. * Coordinate all tasks associated with the construction project. * Contract subcontractors and manage material procurement orders. * Coordinate subcontractors and in-house personnel on site. * Prepare budgets. * Conduct monthly financial closings. * Perform comparative analyses of materials and subcontractors. * Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and current legislation. **Key Competencies** * Education in Technical Architecture and/or Building Engineering. * Prior experience in construction management, project management, or similar roles, preferably within infrastructure maintenance / industrial / electrical installations sectors. * Leadership ability, proactivity, results orientation, and excellent team and resource management skills. * Salary range: €40,000\-€45,000 * Hybrid work model * Flexible working hours * Flexible compensation Salary: €40,000.00\-€50,000.00 per year Work location: Hybrid remote work in Madrid, Madrid province (Madrid, Madrid)
