No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn. We'll teach you everything you need: **Basic technical support:** Assist in resolving technical incidents and queries from staff and stores. **Equipment setup and maintenance:** Configuration and inspection of corporate devices. **User management:** Creation and maintenance of accounts in Google Workspace, Microsoft, Adobe, Apple, Notion, Slack, and Akiles. **Store equipment:** Learn about automation, MDM, updates, and coordination with vendors. **Office infrastructure:** Support with Windows, printers, meeting rooms, and daily services. **Surveillance and communications:** Assist in installation and maintenance tasks for cameras, Wi\-Fi networks, and communication systems. **RFID project:** Collaboration in installations and technical support during the deployment of the RFID system in stores. **What are we looking for?** Currently enrolled in a vocational training program in **Microcomputer Systems and Networks**, **Systems Administration**, **Development**, or similar. Ability to sign an **internship agreement** through your educational institution or via our external partner **Aicad**. Motivation to learn and a proactive attitude. Interest in the IT world, cloud tools, and retail technology. Ability to work in a team, ask questions without hesitation, and show curiosity. Organizational skills and attention to detail.
