




Descripción We are partnering with a fast\-growing international tech company that’s revolutionizing customer service through AI and automation to hire a **Technical Lead** with strong experience in **Python** and complex integrations, who is eager to lead a development team while staying hands\-on with technical design and coding. Our client is a **scale\-up headquartered in Dublin**, with a growing tech hub in **Barcelona**. They specialize in building **real\-time AI solutions** for customer support teams, combining automation with human insight to improve service quality and operational efficiency. This is a unique opportunity to join a product\-driven team working on cutting\-edge tools that empower customer care teams across Europe. This role combines **technical and team leadership, architecture design, and direct collaboration with international clients**. It’s a high\-impact project where you will have the opportunity to influence both the evolution of the product and the internal organization of the team. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Designing and implementing Python integrations with customer support platforms. * Meeting with clients to define requirements, resolve issues, and support technical onboarding. * Collaborating with internal teams (implementation, sales engineering) to ensure smooth project delivery. * Defining and improving system architecture to ensure scalability. * Leading agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, retrospectives, etc.). * Managing team workload, setting priorities, and removing blockers. * Reviewing code and providing technical feedback. * Actively contributing to development when needed. * Ensuring the support team is adequately resourced. Requisitos básicos * 8\+ years of software development experience. * 5\+ years of professional Python experience. * At least 3 years in Tech Lead or Engineering Manager roles. * Direct experience with clients and expectation management. * Strong knowledge of system architecture. **Nice\-to\-have:** * AWS experience (RDS, EC2, etc.). * Strong database knowledge (preferably Postgres). * Previous experience building integrations.
