Construction Manager

Description

Overall responsibility for planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. Ensuring adherence to schedules, quality according to specifications, and budget management. Supervising occupational health and safety protocols for the well-being of personnel and subcontractors. Collaboration with clients, architects, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure proper project execution and resolve incidents. Document management for certifications, modifications, and quality controls. Proficiency in tools such as Presto and Microsoft Dynamics is required. Experience in tertiary sector projects (hospitals, educational centers), industrial, residential, and office buildings, as well as public works, is required. Academic background in Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, Mining Engineering, or related disciplines. A university degree in Civil Engineering, Hydraulic and Coastal Engineering, Technical Architecture, Public Works Technical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or other related technical disciplines is required. A minimum of 5 to 8 years of demonstrable experience in building construction project management is essential. Experience in singular building projects within the tertiary sector (healthcare, medical, and educational facilities), as well as industrial, residential, and office buildings, will be especially valued. Experience in public works will also be considered. Regarding technical knowledge, proficiency in the Presto project management software and extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision) are required.
