**CNC Operator / Numerical Control Machine** Location: Parla (Madrid) Contract type: Full time, on-site **Main responsibilities:** * Programming, setup, and operation of CNC machines (lathe, milling machine, saws, punching, etc.) for cutting or machining metal parts. * Interpretation of blueprints and technical specifications to adjust CNC programs, tools, and work sequences. * Perform tool adjustments, change tooling, verify cutting parameters (speed, feed, depth). * Check machine condition and carry out simple preventive maintenance. * Dimensional quality inspection of produced parts, ensuring they meet required tolerances. * Coordinate with other departments (tooling, cutting, quality) to ensure effective production flow. **Requirements:** * Previous experience operating CNC machines in the metal sector (minimum 1\-2 years) or supporting technical training. * Technical vocational training in machining, mechanical manufacturing, automation, etc. * Knowledge of basic CNC programming and blueprint reading. * Ability to use measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, roughness testers, etc.). * Methodical person, detail-oriented, capable of detecting errors, responsible regarding machine maintenance. **Desirable:** * Experience with different types of CNC machines and metallic materials. * Knowledge of program optimization, quick setup, minimal adjustment, etc. Job type: Full-time Job location: On-site
