Your mission will be to lead technology projects within the Finance area, ensuring accurate translation of business needs into robust technical solutions. You will guarantee operational efficiency and analytical excellence through end-to-end project management (from definition through deployment and initial support), optimizing processes, improving data quality, and reducing operational and financial risks. **What will your day-to-day look like?** **Finance Technology Project Management** * + Plan, coordinate, and execute financial systems projects (ERP, reporting tools, process automation, integrations, etc.). + Define and maintain the department’s project roadmap, aligned with the company’s financial and technology strategy. Manage risks, dependencies, and mitigations, systematically reporting progress and blockers. + **Interface between Finance, IT, and Vendors** * + Act as the liaison point between the finance team, the IT & Product team, Civitatis’ commercial departments, and technology partners. + Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications. Coordinate development, integrations, and testing with internal and external teams. + **Data, Reporting, and Analytics** * + Understand and oversee the financial data architecture. + Validate SQL queries and dashboards developed by the team. Contribute to data quality and reconciliation initiatives. + **Documentation, Testing, and Deployment** * + Document processes, integrations, and changes. + Coordinate UAT and define acceptance criteria. Lead deployments, communications, training, and initial support (hypercare). + **Continuous Improvement** * + Identify opportunities for automation and standardization. Drive optimization of implemented solutions. + **Responsibility Ownership** * + Full ownership of the project lifecycle. + Accountability for quality, timelines, and deliverables. + Ability to negotiate priorities with stakeholders. **What are we looking for?** * + Minimum 3–6 years’ experience in technology project management, preferably within Finance, Controlling, or Accounting. Additional experience with reporting or analytics solutions is a plus. * + University degree: Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, or other engineering disciplines. + Data Science & Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration & Economics (ADE) with an analytical profile, or related fields. + Programming / Data: Advanced SQL; Python (desirable). + BI Tools: Tableau, Power BI. + Finance ERP: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or SAP/Oracle). + Project Methodologies: Agile/hybrid (Scrum, Kanban).
