




ITSM Engineer CAS Training, a leading company with over 20 years of experience in technological consulting, outsourcing, and specialized training, is seeking an ITSM Engineer with on-call duties for a major hybrid project in Barcelona. **Requirements:** * We seek a QoS / Service Delivery profile. **Languages:** English C1 and French C1 (for communication with business units and international stakeholders). **Availability:** Rotating on-call duty. **ITSM / Governance:** ITIL (minimum Foundation level), focus on SLAs/KPIs, reporting, Incident/Problem/Change processes, and Major Incident management. **Tooling / Environment:** ServiceNow, Azure, DevOps/CI practices, Jira/Confluence, and analytics (Excel/Power BI). * Desirable: AWS, PagerDuty, and basic networking/security knowledge. **Compliance (frequently listed as nice-to-have):** DORA/ISO/NIST/BCP, and, in some cases, GDPR. **Soft skills:** Leadership, stakeholder management, strong written and oral communication, and operational resilience. Prioritization and recommendations: Prefer bilingual (EN/FR) talent with background in ITSM and/or test automation.
