**Job Description** Veolia Spain is seeking an Energy Efficiency Engineer reporting to the Technical-Operations Director of Energy and Energy Markets for our offices in Madrid. Responsibilities * Energy efficiency monitoring and analysis: Monitor energy efficiency contracts, develop operational performance plans, and propose improvement actions. * Development and implementation of pilot projects: Design, implement, and replicate energy efficiency initiatives nationwide in collaboration with regional teams. * Management of digital tools: Consolidate, implement, and promote energy exploitation tools, driving improvements through data analysis. * Benchmarking and continuous improvement: Analyze dashboards, formalize operational best practices, and disseminate them to optimize efficiency across contracts. * Technical support for special projects: Participate in energy efficiency studies, wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) audits, and technical analyses in M&A processes. * Training and development: Train junior engineers on construction, commissioning, and operation of energy efficiency contracts. * Preparation of technical reports (REX): Draft experience-return documentation and project energy results reports.
