Workplace Madrid Mission A publicly listed company, a reference in the European market, needs to strengthen its Finance team within the Business Administration department with a Business Administration professional. Reports to Head of Business Administration Department Functions and responsibilities End-to-end accounting management for each assigned asset: Revenue and expense control, provisions, CAPEX/OPEX, collections management and overdue payment tracking, expense settlements with tenants, monthly closing and reporting. Contractual and master data management in ERP. Communication and resolution of client inquiries. Participation in the Group's annual budgeting process. Support in asset acquisition and disposal operations. Collaboration in the audit process. Assistance to the Business Administration team in France. Competencies Accustomed to teamwork. Flexibility. Communication skills Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position Experience with the Spanish General Accounting Plan (PGC) and analytical accounting. **Office software:** MS Office (advanced Excel, including pivot tables); SAP knowledge is highly valued; PowerPoint user-level proficiency; Power BI is a plus. Education Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Sciences, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or equivalent. Languages Native Spanish; Advanced English (C1); Intermediate French (B2).
